I felt like paradise staying at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar! The rooms are simply wonderful, overlooking the ocean and the town with all the luxuries you could wish for. Despite some service inconsistencies, the staff went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Stone Town. The dining experience was delightful, offering a wide selection of tasty fare. The facilities are top-notch, making this a luxurious stay worth every penny.
I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed, complete with lovely wood etched designed sliding doors that open into the bathroom. The balcony offered me an amazing view of the water and the sunset every evening. The attention to detail in providing drinking water and coffee capsules for the coffee machine was much appreciated.
The hotel offers a luxurious stay overlooking the ocean and the town with all the luxuries you could wish for. The rooms are large, clean, and feature good in-house TV, wifi, and friendly staff. The service was spectacular, especially in the restaurants, although there seemed to be some preferential treatment to certain guests. The location is fantastic, close to Stone Town old center and other attractions, making it a great choice for sightseeing. The dining experience was exceptional with a diverse menu and top-notch service.
